Forum Suggestion Time in shoutbox relative to timezone?

    So one thing I've noticed about the timestamps in the shoutbox is that if I'm not on the site when a message is sent, it shows up with the time of a different area that I'm assuming is somewhere in Europe. Not a problem in itself except when I leave the site for a while, forget to check back, and can't tell when who said what when I return.

    I brought this up with Magi a while ago but i haven't heard anything in a while, but i not blaming magi, far as i know magi is the only person working on the backend.
    Personally i would also like to see the forum start using an ssl connection, but certs cost money and self signed certs are like locking a screen door
